Charles Martin DDS

About the Practice

I have been in private, full-time dental practice since 1982, here in my beautiful hometown of Tampa, Florida. Although I have always provided a wide array of general and preventative dental services, I began to develop a real passion for aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry in the early 1990's.

To further my interest I began taking advanced courses in aesthetic dentistry at one of the world's leading cosmetic dentistry training facilities, The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. There, LVI trained me in cutting edge technology and technique which deepened my passion to provide superior aesthetic services in my South Tampa Cosmetic Dentist practice. Through the years I have been able to do just that. In the area of veneers alone, a procedure which is commonly used in "extreme make-over" smiles, I have veneered approximately 3000 teeth since 1996. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing a happy patient with a beautiful new smile. It is truly a life-changing experience for that patient!

My life outside dentistry revolves around my wife, Cathy and our three children, Charlie, Maggie, and Katie. We enjoy spending time together traveling, hiking, biking, playing golf and going to the beach. I am an avid reader, particularly of biographies and history.
