Bruce Farrell DDS

Dr. Farrell was born and raised in Redding and graduated from Enterprise High School with a full athletic scholarship in football to Cal Poly. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, he was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship to attend the University of Pacific, School of Dentistry, in San Francisco, where he earned his DDS. He then was accepted into a one year Advanced General Dentistry Program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. There he focused on dental implants, periodontics and bite/TMJ disorders.

In 1996, Dr. Farrell returned to northern California and started a practice in Palo Cedro. Since his return he has been very dedicated to continuing his studies with the leaders in dentistry so he can bring the best options available to his patients. Dr. Farrell averages over 100 hours of advanced training annually and has completed training at the prestigious Seattle Institute of Advanced Education and The Dawson Center for Advanced Education, St. Petersburg, Florida.

Dr. Farrell is passionate about dentistry and getting to know his patients and helping them discover the many options modern dentistry has to offer. He is founder and director of the Palo Cedro Civic Committee, which is dedicated to beautifying the Palo Cedro area. He currently serves as secretary for the Redding Sunrise Rotary Club and is President elect. He is also an active board member for the Cow Creek Watershed Management group in charge of fundraising and membership.

Dr. Farrell is married to Shelley, and they have a daughter, Riley, age 6. and twin sons, Ty and Chase, age 4. Dr. Farrell enjoys fly-fishing, back packing, basketball and spending time with his family.
