About Dr. Capps
Dr Robert Capps DDS graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, in 1975, receiving his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery). He has been practicing dentistry for more than 25 years. Through the years, he has taken several postgraduate courses in cosmetic dentistry and has studied with some of the finest specialists in the country. He is a prestigious member of the Institute of Dental Aesthetics and has become a leading practitioner in the area of cosmetic dentistry.
He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, and has attended seminars such as the Computer Generated Ceramic Restoration, Seattle Institute of Esthetic Dentistry, and Ultimate Anterior Esthetics.
About Dr. Bowman
Dr. Bowman has had the pleasure of practicing dentistry in eastern North Carolina for 14 years. His commitment to continuing education has enabled him to use state-of-the-art technology to offer our patients outstanding care, motivated by genuine concern for their dental health.
He received his B.A. in Chemistry and Biology in 1982 and his DDS in 1986, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His memberships include the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, North Carolina Dental Society, 5th District Dental Society and the Flying Dentist Association. He is also a Life Time Member of the Dental Alumni Dental Society, 5th District Dental Society and the Flying Dentist Association. He is also a Life Time Member of the Dental Alumni Association at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
About Dr. Webb
Dr. Webb is a periodontist and has been a member of our practice since 1985. His periodontal treatment includes a gingival curettage to control bacteria and inflammation, performing surgery to reduce or reposition damaged tissue, and osseous augmentation to replace bone loss resulting from periodontal disease.
He has extensive dental experience in the placement of dental implants, as well as bone augmentation surgery. He received his DDS degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and was awarded the Periodontal Achievement award for his skills in periodontal treatment. He also played college basketball for the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He continued his education at the University of Kentucky, receiving a postgraduate degree in Periodontics.
