About the Practice
Dr. Kelly Cook has been specializing in cosmetic and general dentistry for over 15 years. He grew up in Northwestern Kansas in the town of Saint Francis, a town of 2,700. Kelly completed his undergraduate degree at Kansas State University and his dental degree at the University of Nebraska. Kelly has completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry with an emphasis on smile design and veneers. He continually upgrades his skills in new dental techniques and technology.
Kelly takes pride in changing people's mind about what to expect at a dental visit. The doc that rocks
has been featured in many newspaper articles as well as television spots in Arizona highlighting his unique office and alternative approach to dentistry. With a great sense of humor and a disarming demeanor, Kelly puts patients at ease whether they are 6 years old or 60. No lab coat and tie here. The doc that rocks

A self-described blue-collar Kansas boy,
he enjoys traveling, live music, camping and fishing. He resides in Tempe.
